Fricot and the fire extinguisher

Fricot, when left alone in his office, takes the new fire extinguisher into the street to test its functioning. With the excuse of preventing fires, he invests everyone he meets with jets of water. But at the end, when a real fire spreads, the fire extinguisher is exhausted.
