Constant Brun, maternal grandfather of André Rivaud (contributor), born January 14, 1989, class 1909 went to war in August 1914 on the Belgian front. He was taken prisoner by the Germans at the very beginning of the war and was placed as a prisoner as a laborer on a farm. He was not mistreated.
