Fish stew from Sweden.
Swedish cuisine is considered uncomplicated and simple. It is characterized by rural home cooking and an abundance of sweet foods and baked goods. Fish also plays a large role, especially mackerel, herring and flounder but also shellfish such as lobsters and shrimp, as well as oysters. In Euromaxx à la carte Chef Henrik Wickelgren cooks a fish stew from the restaurant\ "Vatten\."
