The Truth About Chocolate
Recent studies indicate that eating chocolate is good for your heart and your blood pressure. Chocolate that contains a high percentage of cocoa is even more healthful. Just 7.5 grams of cocoa a day is all you need to reap these health benefits. But there are a few drawbacks: 100 grams of milk chocolate contains about 500 calories, and 30 grams of fat - and much of that is saturated fat.
