The mornings: The extra-school sports activities

Sports psychologist Aida Castellano is in favour of children doing, at the very least, a sporty out-of-school activity. We invited her to talk about these activities, the benefits they have for children and what needs to be present at the time of choosing. We have also gone to the Castelldefels Olympic Channel to see some of these sports activities that children do during the summer.
