Gamsbart binding (a tuft of chamois hair)
SERIES TITLE: The countryside and its people
Declining numbers of overnight stays in tourism forces the accommodation sector to rethink the variety of leisure activities. A nice room with a good view is not enough anymore. That is why Josef Hauser from the Zillertal region in Tyrol offers a special program to his guests: he shows them how to bind a traditional “Gamsbart” (a tuft of chamois hair).
