SERIES TITLE: The countryside and its people
The Reservegarten in Schönbrunn in Vienna presents one of the oldest and biggest cacti-collections in the world. In the 17th century the first cacti were brought to the Austrian monarchs. The botanist Ernst Zechner shows the diversity of the cacti. He also demonstrates the handling and the cultivation of the plants.
