SERIES TITLE: The Czechoslovak Newsreel
In the Prague café Alfa people listen to music and drink sparkling wine. To insure the good quality of sparkling wine in a bottle is a job of Josef Motl in Starý Plzenec. He chooses from the selection of Moravian wines which he then mixes. After that the wine undergoes fermentation and in the end of the process it is prepared for the expedition to the domestic as well as foreign market.
