Former French African soldiers in Marseille

To the sound of "Marche des Africains" (March of the Africans), delegations of former colonial soldiers from both World Wars land in Marseille, behind the placards from their districts. These men, often in local dress and bedecked with medals, are taken to Saint-Charles station to get the train so they can take part in the military procession in Paris on 14 July.
