Izola - Arheološko najdišče Simonov zaliv (pokrit)

A Roman seafront villa with a port was once located in this area. The Simonov Zaliv Archaeological Park is a cultural monument of national importance. The renovated walls of the residential area, the associated floor mosaics and the interpretation centre can be viewed in the company of a guide. The culinary experience of Roman flavours under the stars is also available in the park.
