Metamorphoses
Manuscript 545 is a thirteenth-century copy of the Metamorphoses, the famous work by the Roman poet Ovid (43 BC - c. 17 AD). The text is incomplete: the first leaf containing the first 66 verses of Book I is lacking and the text ends abruptly in Book XIV, leaving out a quarter of that book and the entirety of book XV.
