The largest part of the three-quarter-length portrait is filled by the dark, fur-trimmed travel garments of this unknown lady. While her face is turned to us frontally, her upper body is turned slightly to the left. In this way, Trübner almost imperceptibly disrupts the monumental symmetry of the depiction.
