Rindea de formă dreptunghiulară. Corpul uneltei este profilat și prezintă un orificiu deschis pe partea dreaptă. Cutitul metalic este lung și subțire, iar fixarea acestuia de realizează prin intermediul unei pene subțiri. De regulă, genul acesta de rindea este pentru fălțuit ramele geamurilor. Cromatică: culoarea patinată a lemnului.
