Hat in draped white tulle with black pompoms

The flat brimless hat is made of a white mesh fabric with white tulle and small black pompoms draped over it. At the bottom of the hat there is a stitched black border, ending in a bow. In the tulle is a hatpin with imitation pearl. On the inside of the brim is a label attached, which reads: \"Madame De Leeuw, R. de Namur 48 Louvain", and a second label which reads: \"Manille".
