Koper – Church of St Francis of Assisi

Built in 1268 as a church, it went through many changes. It was baroquified in the mid-18th century and ceased to be used for religious purposes in 1809. Between 1968 and 1969, it was transformed into a gym and used by Koper Gymnasium until 1990 when it was closed down.
